Found this cute item on sale - Quick Dry! It is actually liquid to be dropped on top of painted nails to induce them to dry faster!
Not so cheap, over rm10 for one small bottle. It does make your nail dry faster but not immediately * =P *A good motivator for me to experiment more on my nails * =P * Shall blog the pics of my experiments" soon... * heehee *
