Korean Dinner At Tropicana Mall

** SP, FYI this was early last month * =P **

After a gruelling 2 hours ++ watching 2012, it is due time to fill up over tummies - more like overloading * hahaha *

Bulgogi - a first experience of having this on a stove. Usually had mine come in a claypot or in the BBQ pit itself...

Mixed chic and sotong - yummy. Again, this was served on a hot plate

We were so greedy - thinking that it will not be too big a portion but it actually was!!! * LOL * BUT nevertheless yummy

Vain Mr. Pooky

Mr Pooky : You know you are so handsome, do you? You are irresistible - who can resist this charm?

Brother Dessert

Yup, this place's name is really called Dessert Brother * translated directly from Chinese *

A trip down to SS2 recently make me realised that I have not been visiting the place lately - as there are a number of new restaurants in that area. It has always been the place for me to lepak till midnight pigging on desserts.

This shop, I was told, is a franchise from a famous dessert shop in Kepong. Oh well, reputations aside, their stuff did not excite me.

With a huge selection of desserts to choose from, it will be a good place to hang out, though taste wise is not up to my preference. But I do commend on their creativity - just look at the desserts they offer - most of them different from the other dessert shops out there.

The double skin milk puding ala Macau style. No where near the one I ate in Macau.

It prolly is a different type, but me no likey after I have tastes the one in Macau.

Mango Chee Cheong Fun - I am OK with the chunks of Mango pulp inside but do not like the heavy santan flavored jelly which is used to wrap the Mango pulp.

Mango pudding with sago, pomelo and green tea ice cream. It would work better if I had chosen the vanilla icecream. Something different from the usual dessert with the Pomelo pulp thrown in.

Have yet to try the hot desserts - who wanna come with me?
* heeheehee *

Cafe Latte Choco

I am addicted to this.

Do not be intimidated by the tiny, pea size of the choco balls, they pack huge, bursting flavors to your tastebuds. I tell you, your taste buds will crave for the taste the moment you out it away.

As most Godiva choccies, it costs a bomb to get some - to mere cheap labourers like moi that is. I think this tiny box costs rm25++?

But it is worth the indulgence... Hey, a couple of pea-sized choc balls wont spoil your diet * I am praying hard that this is true * =P *

Thanks to M for this belated tiny pressie!!! Meow~

Pear Flavored!

Did I mention here that I simply love this brand's lip balm?

If I have not - I DO SO VERY MUCH! * heehee *

Theirs usually come unscented. When it is the time for Xmas, they will have the limited edition ones out on sale. I bought the mango flavored one last year in which I lurved.

A sms from CC on Sunday rocked my peace. Really.

She told me that this year, the new LE flavor is -------- PEAR.

I have never have anything in Pear flavored - I think * =P *

And to my horror, the outlet in KLCC do not have the pear one!!!

Not knowing why, it kept playing in my head that I MUST GET THE PEAR FLAVORED ONE.

To the extend which Z beh-tahan and brought me to MV to get it

* LOL *

Pear-smelling meow now!

* heeheehee * wink! *

Big Bad Book Sale

My 1st time going to the Big Bad Book Sale over the long weekend.

And I have to queue 35 mins just to get into the hall. Yup, a full 35 minutes in line. Ironically, there was no more line the time I leave one hour 30 mins later...

With the advert shouting a big ass 80% off from retail prices, how can most mortals resist?

I do admit that the management of the sale was good. They have paper boxes for customers to use as shopping baskets, all scattered at the entrance for you to take - from small boxes to huge ones. In which that will serve as your "bag" to take home your big purchase. I even saw people coming out with BOXES where the staff there push out for them using a TROLLEY.

Very very crowded, with books scattered on the makeshift tables, prices starts at rm8. However, for that one hour and 30 minutes I am there, didnt see anyone restock the books - so I guess we will have to be kiasu the next time and come early in the morning to get the titles I want. And true to the reviews, they do carry quite some new titles.

This is my stack - and they cost me only rm88! * hehehe * and yes, I will be kiasu and go real early for the next round! * wink wink *

Relax...

Staying calm and collected at all times are a tough challenge. Especially when you are up to your forehead frustrated but unfortunately at a public place.

But my mere 2 seconds decision to stop by ORIGINS changed me - you can quickly regain your elegant, demure self with 3 tiny drops of miracle.

This, my friends, did wonders to my senses... and mood.

Thanks to Ms Sweet Origins, 3 tiny dots of this potion produce strong, refreshing peppermint scent for you to inhale, and then lightly rub / massage your nape, ears and temples.

Yup, that simply melt your stress / frustration away - well, at least, temporarily. Works on headaches too, apparently. It did calm me down and at the same time, refreshes a sleepy meow.

Simple, tiny enough to be tucked into your handbag, this quickly becomes another one of girl's best friend. I like it so much, I am influencing people around me to get it * LOL *

Try it - let it mesmerize you itself...

P/S : I got the limited edition one in Pink bottle - in conjuction with the recent Breast Cancer Awareness drive * heehee *

Strawberries over lunch

Not conscious of my actions, I end up having my dessert plate loaded with strawberries. Oh yeah...

Had lunch at Traders Hotel, KL recently and to my "horror", these was what I had. Dont ask, I do not know why as well * =P *

* muahahahaahahaha! *
Dont call me obsessive - I already know that I am
* heeheeheehee *

Hungry Boo

Mr. Boo : Why la give me fork and spoon which is already half my size - silly humans... I can't wait for my meat... * heeheehee *

Mr. Boo : Finally!

Boost your tastebuds

Fell in Love with the taste at 1st try?

I did.

I heart the mango green tea smoothie. Seriously.

It can rival the price of a regular size Starbuck Frapp - but this is a much much much healthier drink.

Or so I assume * =P *

Ahh... Another habit which is damaging to my pocket...
