13 out of 25 DEAD

"Owner of 25 dogs tries to save pets from death" was one of the news on the highlight in The Star newspaper today. My initial reaction - Wat the F&*$ is happening? Then it graduated to - How the F#$%ing "kind" these Municipal Council enforcers are!

Yeah, the dog owner who is a huge pooch lover has violated the local municipal law and ignored the warnings and grace period given. BUT - of all the many options - WHY SHOT THOSE POOR DOGS? IT ISNT THEIR FAULT THAT THEY WERENT MOVED TO ANOTHER AREA.

What enraged me was this - "The council has received a court order on 20 dec last year to CULL ALL 25 CANINES in the house." What is the excuse for them to order to CULL the doggies? Has they proven that the dogs infected with the anjing gila disease or that the dogs had in any incident harmed anyone? There were only complaints from the neighbours on the disturbance and of foul stench caused by and from the canines. Since when causing foul stench causes CULLING punishments? Then those cat-infested kampung houses SHOULD be culled. Then those people who continuosly throw rubbish into drains which causes FOUL STENCH should be culled too. And the argument on the disturbance caused. What sort of 'disturbance' which goes to the extend of needing the canines to be culled? Loud barkings at those pesty kids who throw stones at the dogs? How come no one makes any COMPLAINTS when cat owners leave their cats to "take walks on their own" and their lovely cats digged and tore the rubbish, causing "disturbance" to others? Why no one CULL those cats?

I just cant take it!!! Cant they confisticate the dogs and send to SPCA or something? Is it a MUST to shoot them all dead? What happened to humane actions? Or isit because they are DOGS? Had it been cats or chickens or birds - will they CULL them too?

Maybe it is in the ruling that they CULL the animals when owners failed to react to orders. Isnt it time to amend the rulings to be a little more humane to our canine friends? Just because the dogs cant speak doesnt mean they dont feel the pain. They deserves to live just like you, me and - yes, you those damned enforcers who shot them to death.

May those doggies rest in peace and be free from all sufferings. May them be shared upon our good karmas and I dedicate my merits to all of you.

AND May those of you who shot, who initiated the shooting, who supported the shooting, who contributed to the shooting - die a restless death and endure all the possible sufferings in this lifetime and many more lifetimes in whatever realm you will be born into.

Fugly Manners

I absolutely, truly, extremely, gigantically HATE Malaysians who likes no more but to S-T-A-R-E, oh yes, f*&%ing STARE at others. WTF are you staring at? Has something to comment? Just spat it at my freaking face - I dare you.

Have you ever caught people STARING at you - pardon me, not those glances or gazes down your way but those freaking lingering, wide-eyed STARE with judgmental, arrogant smirks on their worse-than-rottencibai-face? Oh yeah... THAT I-think-I'm-more-superior kinda look - Puiiiiiiii! Yeah, superior in the sense of ultimate uncivilization-ness.

Why am I being hysterical in this post? Well, b'cos I just CANT STAND these fugly mannered Malaysians.

I've developed this liking to eat or go for a drink on my own at times - you know, curl up with a good book in a cafe and have some ME time. WTF is wrong with that? It is not ONCE or THRICE I get the 'look' but a hysterical EVERY SINGLE BLARDY TIME I go to a foodplace on my own. Come on, enlight me - what am I doing wrong?

If one is overseas, you can see there, it is practically NORMAL for a person to enjoy his/her OWN company. People might throw a glance, but not STARE. What annoys me to the max is when you actually STARES back, they continue to STARE and some occasionally throw in a 'lann see' or pitiful glance back at you. Some who still has some conscience in them will turn away shyly when I flash a HUGE smile back at them - well, I have to thank them for taking the time to STARE at beautiful me wat... Is it in the statutary law that one can only eat with partners? O...M...G Or are they just jealous that I am liberated enough to eat alone instead of first-wave people like them who needs company in every single thing they does?

These, my friends, are the very 'well-mannered' Malaysians. They shower you with pathetic looks when they see you dine alone - as if they pity that you have no friends or partner to accompany you. What is F$%#ing wrong with you people?

I take pride to spend QUALITY time with my OWN company. At times, one just wanna take a break and enjoy quiet solitary time and gather thoughts while enjoying a good cup of coffee. This is INDEPENDENT living, not those schoolgirl times where one would never caught dead anywhere on their own. I definitely prefer dining alone that having these fugly mannered ppl as companion.

Puh-lease... Dont attempt to stare at me with your mata yang sepet la... What is it about me dining alone that tickles your curiosity so much? Kenot ar that some times I just wanna be ALONE? Malaysians - they just STARE at everything - ppl dining alone, ppl with disabilities, ppl's food on the other table, even when one is waiting for a turn in the toilet will receive a thorough stare form another fugly mannered Malaysians.

And guess what, usually its the CHINESE people who just lurrrrves to stare rudely at others.

Ya la, Ya lah... I'm the pathetic loser who has to dine alone - unlike lucky, 'haang fook' ppl like you uncivilized barbarics who has fellow barbarians to dine with you. Happy?

Dimsum

Okay, calling all dimsum kakis (gluttony pigs are invited :0) ! SP and I went to this dimsum stall in Happy Garden, PJ one sunny Sunday morning and pigged out on the arrays of dimsum they offered.

The food was good and the price is reasonable. I would say that its worth your dosh to eat their dimsum as their ingredients were rather heavily inputed in their creations. They offered a huge variety of selections, unlike some of the dimsum places I went where they dont have that many choices.

"wor tips" aka pot-stickers - dumplings filled with minced pork laced with kucai. Theirs are fatly inserted with large chunks of minced pork. One of the best I've tasted next to Esquire Kitchen's. A must try.

"charn paus" - Bread with charsiew fillings. A lil skimpy on the fillings though, but not bad tasting. Both of us loves the shiny, glazed look of these buns :P

"char-siew pau" - Ah... A dimsum breakfast necessity! Another must-eat at this shop - their char-siew pau is good. A thumbs up from me.

Some of the Dimsum we ordered. The spring rolls are good but disappointingly, the other dimsum delicacies werent that worth a mention.

Their porridge and " HongKong Chee Cheong Funn" are also recommended by me for you guys to try them out. We didnt eat those this time as we were too stuffed by the time we finish all of the above ( and a few more dishes which didnt make the pics as they went down our throats faster than the cam can snap! :P ) SP said that we gotten bloated so fast that day could be dued to us talking too much thus induced wind into our tummies :P On any other day, we prolly ate more! *wink*

Of course the ambience no need to be mentioned. Hot and rather stuffy as they tried to place as many tables as possible in the shop. There are few more other dimsum places there and we plan to try all of them in the future.

I would rate this place a 7/10 for their food.

Panda Sticks!

Damn Meiji Corp. for coming out with another quality product which kills obese suckers like me. Its enough that their strawberry chocs and choc-filled panda biscuits profitted so much from me, now they must introduce this to me! DAMN YOU!!!

Needless to say, its the panda that attracted me in the first place. *gawd* You guys know how panda I am la... :P Kenot resist any panda stuff! *sot-sot me* Their packaging gila comel and the worst of all, it tastes good. Damn you, Meiji Corp... As what SP always say, I suka kena tipu - the packaging attracted me but this time, the inti sedap oso la... :P So can say I didnt kena tipu this time :P

Go ahead and buy a pack and get thrilled youself. Retailling at about rm3+ It might make you feel childish purchasing such product, but believe me, se....dappppppp....!!!

U believe?

If I tell you that this is my son, would you believe?

This is Victor, my baby cousin bro... hehe... Everyone says that he looks so much like me, he could pass as my son instead of my uncle's! :P Took numerous pics, and this is the only one he looks alright, the rest - either cranky or just reluctant to look at the cam. He looks more like me when he smiles though...

So tell me, does he looks like mine? :P

Roti Kiap Kahwin Butter & Kaya

Ladies and gentlemen, Abang-abang, Kakak-kakak, Adik-adik, Pakcik-makcik, Datuk-nenek; I present to you - (cheng cheng cheng) Roti Kiap Kahwin Butter& Kaya!

P/S : That beautiful pair of hands belongs to my beloved cheemui yg kuat sex :P ( U know who u r! ) *giggles*wink*wink*

Pardon me for the dramatic opening - well, the name of the mentioned item deserves a dramatic introduction - to me that is :P As I was in one of my super-chatty-nonstop-gibbers-session with one of my most, paling, yang teramat, extremely, beloved cheemui *kekeke* (sincere la...), we stopped by this kopitiam at LG, Summit USJ to quench our thirst while continueing our neverending chatters.

With the recent bout of mushrooming kopitiams which serves old-style kopi and toasts, they seem to be found at every other corner. Not that I'm complaining, I am a toast lover and loves coffee despite being a lil coffee-induced-caffein-intolerant. Those who loves me knows what coffee does to me! *wink*

Anyway, what I want to draw to attention is not my problematic affair with coffee, but the rather catchy name this particular kopitiam chose for their toasts - Roti Kiap Kahwin Butter & Kaya. Cute, hor? Definitely drew a smile for my day. Of course, this roti kiap did deliver the taste of olden days' kopitiam's. Se...dapppp....! As for the coffee, not up to my 'standard' for the original kopi taste.

I give a 6.5 / 10.0 for the toast and their overall suitability as a yumcha/hanging out place.

People...

I recalled a conversation I had with one of my cheemuis back a few weeks ago - about how I remember all my ex bfs and guys I used to had crushes on by the era of singers/songs I used to dearly clung to. Yes, thats weirdo-panda-me :p Some people has photographic memories, some with alphanumerical-files-system memory, etc... Me - by songs... :P

This conversation highlighted a recent bout of puzzlement to me. The song "Have You Ever" by Brandy triggers this tought. Have you ever met anyone who thinks everything in life is unfair and that he/she is the most unlucky person around? That he/she whines all the time and when one tries to encourage them, they dont seem to listen yet want to ask for opinions? That they dont even seem to want to TRY to get out of the web of entanglement/uneasiness?

Though I have to admit that my social circle is not wide enough for me to come to such conclusion, but I do encountered more than plenty - say, "special" persons, which is enough for me to summarize that the world is full of people who thinks they are the most pitiful, most miserable person in the world. Yes, to me, they are MISERABLE to put themselves in such state.

I wonder - they do all these to get attention? So that kind people pity them? Or isit they think very ' yau ying' to always dwell in miseries? Or that they just have low self esteem? Maybe they just plainly too naive to think that the world is always unfair to them? If you never TRIED to make yourself happier, what gives you the right to think that you can never be happy? If you tried, were you trying hard enough? Well, excuse me, the world and life has NEVER been fair.

Okay, I do understand, faham, ming bai, liu kai, thaai leong, emphatise, mengambil kira... what words can I use some more ar? - how and why they can be in such state. The thing that puzzles me - WHY OH WHY SOME OF THEM DONT EVEN WANT TO TRY TO GET OUT OF IT , OR TRY TO LEARN TO LIVE LIFE HAPPIER? If you are so dead set minded that life is so unfair, you never deserve anything good in life, you always threaten to kill yourself - then go, go mati - la, if you dare.

I always believe that people who tells / calls you to tell that they wanna die - wont commit suicide. People who determined to suicide wont tell, as they do not want anyone to stop them. They ' Just Do It'. They might leave notes, letters, or call to leave messages with isi tersirat ( like - take care, where I keep my valuables..etc ) , but not blatantly tell you they are jumping off the roof now or just slit their wrists.

Hell, if I truly decided to commit suicide, I'll just slit my throat - can die faster ma. Why bother wanna slit your wrist and slowly bleed to death or drink clorox to wait till the poison kills all your vital organs? Aint that action carries a hope to be found and to be saved? And some apparently 'kind' people will fall for that and go to the rescue.

My motto is - kalau nak mati, mati je la..Tak payah nak cari alasan atau bagi peluang untuk diselamatkan. Die oso must die 'kwang kwang lit lit' :P I always believes, where there's a will, there's a way. If you really want to die, you will do it and make sure you will be dead. No?
