My Fav Tomyum - For now - Cili Terbang

* OMG OMG OMG *

I seriously lurve the tomyum from Cili Terbang. I think I am in lurve...

Appetizer : Money bag yg takde $$$

Its actually toasted bread but chic flavored - sedap actually

Tadaaa!!! Tomyum Noodles with Seafood. Unique bowl.

Look at the thick soup... * drooling * and the big servings or seafood...

I lurve the seafood they include too - especially the fish fillet - its deep fried, unlike the usual which just cook the fish with the soup.

How not to cool down after the fiery tomyum with a fragrant Thai C-O-C-O-N-U-T * =P *

And I like their papaya and mango salads too - very yummy! Though a lil pricey, but this is becoming my fav place and I get tomyum-orgasm each time * blush *

Kanna Curry House

OK, I am proud to admit - that I am a Banana-Leaf-Rice-aholic

* I know Pammie is one too - berani mengaku tak? * =P *

I simply - lurve it. I must get my fix at least once a week if I can, or die-die must have it at least twice a month * =P * I am excited to go around the city looking for a place to eat this - ANYWHERE as long they offer these on sale.

This is the latest one we tried * thanks, Pammie * and apparently MEMANG FAMOUS!!! Cos I spoke to a few colleagues, and ALL know about this place. In section14 , PJ if I have not mistaken - as usual, recognise roads but dunno the Jalan name * blush *

They have tables out in the open air, hence make the experience more authentic. Service here isnt that good as you may need to flag them many times to get what you want.

Food was good though. They have it human-kaiten-belt-style * =P * Their staff will walk around carrying the goodies - curries, fried stuff, rice, etc - and you just pick what you want.

Really like their Dhall sauce as it is really thick - not those watery ones most places serve.

Sotong Goreng (deep-fried slice squids)

Fried Chicken and Chicken Masala. Yummy!!!

Would wanna go there for lunch sometime, prolly Friday lunch but then again, I will fall asleep when back in office after all the rice! * LOL * But FuzzyPanda needs her curry... * =P *

I still think the best one I had so far was the one used to be in Taipan but tutup kedai adi... * sad... *

How SP? You mau join the clan? * LOL *

Bless his soul...

Met this cute "man" during CNY 2009 - used to be my 1st sis' BF's dog

He is a very old beagle. Originally was a loved pet of one of my 1st sis' friend, but unfortunately they need to move into a condominium unit and have to give him up.

Sadly, he went missing a month ago. Rumours have it that someone "accidentally" forgot to leash him and he escaped when the gate opened to reverse the car from the porch.

Poor doggie... With his old age, I hope any kind soul take him in... Surely a tough world out there, and it will be harsher for an old, ageing doggie... * please bless his soul... *

rm2/plate sushi

Walking around looking for dinner at MV one weeknite, we tumbled into this Jap restaurant, in which were rather disappointed by the food they served. The shop looked nice, with a cute animal as part of the logo, the attraction stops there.

My unagi roll - no good as the eel wasnt marinated enough with the sauce

WL's very impressive set...

The rm2 per plate sushi... yeah, all- regardless what it is on the Kaiten Belt is rm2. To kill your excitement * =P *, it means ONE ketul sushi on one plate AND there's only like, the same old 5-6 types of sushi parading on the belt. Hell yeah...

Pretty flower on my chawanmushi - which turns out to have very tiny bits of mushroom, meat at the bottom * =( *

Oh yeah, we were fascinated by the Kaiten belt - Pikachu alert!!! The belt is printed with Pokemon pictures * LOL *

My Spa Gadgets

Yup, the crazy side of me made me to buy them ... * =P *

Bubble Footspa Massager! Not bad actually, it will heat up the water and bubbles!

Just that a bit heavy when you wanna pour out the water and have to be very careful to avoid wetting the electrical parts.

Lotion Mate Massager - damn canggih name wey!

But of no use because it DOESN'T work. It has a lotion container, in which the device will heat up your lotion, and are dispensed out warm and via vibrating motion to massage lotion on your skin. It even comes with different massaging heads.

At only rm10, of course I will try it out! I am a Lotion & Creams Junkie!!! Too bad it didnt work - faulty lotion pump and apparently when send it back for change, all other units seem to have the same fault and the dongkoi shop assistant do not know how to operate it.

He even got the cheek to ask me to come back another day when his manager is back!!! You think I so free to drive to your shop again, and pay parking for this rm10 device? Got my money back and leave him with the faulty device!!!

Sweet Treats

Forgot whats the name of the place, but its located in Midvalley Megamall, at the corner near Metrojaya.

They offer a variety of sweet desserts, nice to stop by if you want to satiate your sweet tooth other than ice-creams and cakes. For the desserts we had, its so-so only, but then again, they have many other desserts in which tempt you to try.

My Mango dessert. SP, i like the one I smuggle into the cinema more * =P * Not because of the curi-makan idea, but the taste * =p *

WL and her favorite - Almond Cream dessert, which apparently not that good.

We like the bowls though... * =P *
